These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuizQualify ("Service"), operated by QuizQualify Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable use

You may use QuizQualify to create quiz funnels for legitimate business lead qualification purposes. You may not use the Service to collect data from minors, send unsolicited communications, or violate any applicable law.

2. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

3. Payment terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your quiz content and lead data. We retain ownership of the QuizQualify platform, branding, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited licence to host and serve your content to deliver the Service.

5. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
